Anxiety causes our mind to go into "overdrive". This often leaves us feeling stuck in life.  

We provide anxiety treatment using evidence-based treatments for anxiety, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to regain control of your life.  Anxiety treatment is typically 8-12 visits.
