We humans crave consistency in our lives, making major life transitions and chronic stress hard to deal with. Moves, job changes, retirement, relationship changes, deaths of loved ones, and many others can derail us. 

 

At Anchored Health Psychology, we work with people going through these events to reconnect with meaning in life, improve coping, and get life back on track. Chronic stress treatment is typically 6-12 visits.
