Anchored Health Psychology provides treatment combining evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches to treat a range of presentations, which include but are not limited to:
